How To Learn Hypnotism

Learn Hypnosis and Change the World!

If you want to learn hypnosis, the chances are you don’t really want to change the world; all you want is to master the technique and see where it takes you, correct? But what if you could change the world with hypnosis? Let that grand idea sink in for a moment. Maybe you want to open a little hypnotherapy practice, or perhaps start a hypnosis comedy show. Whatever your motives, you can learn hypnosis and believe it or not, help change the world.

Learn Hypnosis and Treat People

The idea behind hypnotherapy is simple: hypnosis helps people deal with their pain and problems by delving into the mind and uncovering the psychological roots of the problems. The people who turn to hypnotherapy when dealing with personal issues are usually tired of other techniques that have failed to work in their lives. They are now open to new ideas and alternatives. Many of these people are hurting deep inside after years of struggle and emotional or physical pain. If you are to learn hypnosis you must recognize these factors. People will visit you and expect a very high level of trust and professionalism.

And that’s where changing the world comes in. It’s precisely that expectancy from the people you will inevitably treat that makes your job so profound. If you can learn hypnosis, master it, and help them with their concerns, if you can help them find the well-being they are seeking, then you will have impacted them in a far more profound way than modern medicine can accomplish.

That’s a mighty claim for sure. And by no means are we diminishing the power of modern medicine (hypnotism will NEVER replace required surgery, for example). But the fact is, hypnosis is often more effective than taking pills. In the case of insomnia, undergoing hypnosis to help deal with the anxiety that often causes sleeplessness is far more beneficial than taking a regiment of pills.

Which is why more and more people who learn hypnosis can help them are turning to it to deal with problems like insomnia. And what about self-confidence? What kind of medicine can help a person achieve personal growth and success in the academic world? The answer, of course, is none. It’s all a matter of dealing with oneself and hypnosis can help in dealing with psychological traumas, negative thoughts and projections.

Learn Hypnosis and Reach People

If you learn hypnosis you can help people on a different scale. You really can change the world by practicing hypnosis. You may not be reaching hundreds of thousands of people but you will be treating your client base in a high-impact manner. And the more positive results you achieve, the more goodwill you spread. The domino effect is one of positivism between you and your client and then your client and the world.

This may all sound very grand and optimistic and we’ll even concede that it is. But that doesn’t change the fact that hypnosis is effective and can directly or indirectly impact countless lives. Should you choose to learn hypnosis, bear that fact in mind. You will be in a position to help people who will eventually help others; such is the nature of the hypnosis experience. Such is the benefit when you learn hypnosis.

Using Hypnosis Everyday

Hypnosis is not a closely held secret mastered by Las Vegas stage shows. Hypnosis is a simple state of mind that you make use of every day. After reading the next few paragraphs, I think you’ll see what I mean.

The state of hypnosis is a normal function of your mind. There is no big secret or special power involved. It is the state of mind your brain uses when accessing the huge amount of storage it contains.

Hypnosis is used on most of us very effectively by politicians, and advertising executives. And used poorly by most “pre-owned” car salesman. And yes, it’s used on you by friends and family. And yes, you use it on them too.

Hypnosis is in use when your critical faculty is bypassed. Analytical reason is set aside, or completely bypassed, in favor of emotional behavior Emotional behaviors are quicker and more consistent from person to person. So, more likely to elicit a predictable response. Like when you’re driving and you hear a horn honk behind you. What is your immediate emotional behavior response? Guilt? Anger? Fear? The honking horn may not even be directed at you. The honking horn was honked with the intention of eliciting a rapid response, and it usually does. Sounds complicated until you start seeing how common it is.

If you’re driving home from work and someone cuts you off in traffic, you might be irritated. The fourth person to cut you off on that same trip home? The fourth guy didn’t do anything different than the first guy. Unless you’re the nicest person in the world, odds are you’re MUCH more irritated. That’s emotional association controlling your reaction.

Things like this are constantly happening around you, and everyone else. Many so minor you don’t even notice. Unnoticed until you try to change them. You might experience that as fighting a craving or urge. You’re likely aware that habits are formed in this way, but may not understand how powerful this can be and what a large influence on your life it can have.

The stronger the emotion is, the stronger the association. The stronger the association is, the more vivid the memory. The more vivid the memory, the more real it is to your mind and more influence it has on your behavior. Your mind does not have a real concept of time passing. What it sees in your imagination, or memory, it believes. At least, most of the time.

So, take this concept and apply it to someone with PTSD, or depression. Apply it to that person you know that can’t quite quit smoking or has a favorite comfort food. Apply it to your driving habits, your eating habits, and your stress level. At the risk of being boring, I’ll stop the examples and assume you get it.

Seeing this process in action and understanding the concept can give you a big step forward in changing your habits. Sometimes you can do it on your own. Sometimes it’s easier to use help. Find a professional hypnotist you can trust and use them. That’s their job.

Improve Your Life Using Hypnosis

by Freddy

If you look back at your life, you will notice that you might have gotten a lot of negative thoughts ingrained into you, whether they were your well-meaning parents, peers, strangers and even the television or newspapers.

Think about it, how you do you feel when you hear your parents telling you to just find a job and be content with what you have? Or your friends telling you that the girl you like is way out of your league? How about the constant fiancial bad news that seems to seep out from the papers or how some gunmen had killed 16 people in a school shootout? in a television report?

So how do we counter this seemingly endless onslaught of negative thoughts? One way is to introduce positive thoughts to counter it. We are able to do this using hypnosis.

Why hypnosis? Well, according to scientists and people who have researched this field, it turns out that putting people in a suggestive state where their conscious mind is almost absent, helps to introduce thoughts and beliefs into the subconscious mind which may otherwise be rejected by the conscious mind if it was awake. If you think about it, all your negative thoughts were, in a way, hypnotized into you by daily repetition.

It is not that simple however. One reason why a lot of people who tried to use hypnosis to install positive thoughts into them and had limited results is that they have not removed the negative thoughts from their subcoscious mind.

By introducing positive thoughts into the mind without clearing out the old negative ones first, it creates a tension and conflict between the 2 opposites. The person will feel pulled in 2 directions when they try to impllement their goals and plans. Well this is better than just being negative, using hypnosis to first clear out negative thoughts is a much better method. This paves way for future positive thoughts to be installed much easier and without conflict.

Well now that you know the power of hypnosis and what it can potentially do to change your life for the better, why not learn more about it?
